You can request a refund on account funds through the TruCentive Platform.
First go to the Billing>Overview tab

Next click on the “Return Funds” button:

Fill out the form and a request will be sent to the TruCentive finance department.

Your return of funds will be processed to the original method of payment and can be expected in 7-10 business days. If you have questions or need support with your return, please contact support@trucentive.com
