Sometimes a recipient may never receive their physical delivery card. This might happen for a number of reasons but most commonly it is because they did not input their address information correctly.
Here are the steps that are taken if a card is never recieved:
- Please contact Support at [email protected] and provide them with the details of the situation and the envelope code.
- Support will then contact Visa and inquire about the missing card. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to this inquiry.
- A credit back to your account can only be issued once Visa has confirmed that the card has not been used.
A few things to note:
We cannot issue a refund back to your account for missing physical delivery Visa cards until the above steps have been fulfilled.
You can send a new envelope to the recipient before these steps have been taken but we cannot guarantee a refund on the initial envelope expenses until this verification has occurred.
