Emails are not going through after authenticating my domain.

    When you are sending email from a third party, like TruCentive, your internal spam protection may view email as being spoofed.  Even though you are following email best practices, sending email internally from your domain, to your domain, may look suspicious.  

    Have your IT team white list the following IP Address:  159.135.230.147

    If you would like to test sending sample incentives, you can confirm the delivery by sending to a third-party domain like Yahoo, Gmail, and other addresses that do not contain your domain address.
