There are projects in which the recipient’s personal identifiers must be removed to keep their information private. This is often true for financial and medical programs.
De-identification is one solution that eliminates all personal identifiers. This includes removing their name, phone number, and email address.
Another method is to create URL links that can be embedded in emails, texted, and added to printed materials. These links will take the recipient to their incentive without TruCentive knowing who they are.
