I want to change the gift amount. Can I change it before I send the envelope?

Yes! 

You have several different opportunities to change the value of a recipient’s gift.

1.   After adding your recipient(s), you can modify the value of the gift you are sending.

2.  If adding gifts by CSV Bulk Upload , you can enter different values in the CSV file. 

3.  You can also modify gift amounts AFTER you have uploaded your CSV file.
