There is nothing to cancel with the Pay As You Go plan.
Enterprise Plans can be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice.
After you cancel, funds not in reserve for the fulfillment of active projects will be returned. You will continue to have access to active projects through the project end date. No new Instruments may be sent after the effective date of cancellation. Pay as You Go plans do not involve prepaid charges or license fees. Monthly or annual license fees prepaid under the Enterprise plans, as well as any other non-recurring engineering fees and other fixed fees, will be non-refundable.
