If an envelope (delivery) is not opened, what happens?

If an envelope reaches its expiration date without being claimed by the recipient, the full value of the envelope will be refunded to the sender’s account. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Once expired, the envelope can no longer be opened or redeemed by the recipient.

If you wish to resend the funds after expiration, you will need to create a new envelope and pay the delivery fee again.
