If an envelope (delivery) is not opened, what happens?

If the envelope reaches its expiration date and has not been claimed by the recipient, 100% of the value of the envelope is returned to the sender’s account. The delivery fee will not be returned to your account.

Once expired the envelope cannot be opened or redeemed by the recipient.

If you want to resend after expiration occurs you will have to create a new envelope and pay the delivery fee again.
