Project Set Up Best Practices

Here are a few pointers to make sure your project goes out smoothly and successfully! Before you send, check these things off your list!

  1. In project settings make sure you have set envelope expiration to your liking. Remember the expiration is the time that your recipients have to claim their incentive and after that date passes the envelope will expire and 100% of the incentive value will return to your account funds. The expiration date does not effect the amount of time a recipient has to use their incentive.
  2. When funding your account remember to plan ahead and allow for the time it takes for funding to be available in your account. ACH & Check- up to 6 business days, Credit Cards – 48 HoursWire Transfer – up to 2 business days
  3. Set your reminders!
  4. Load your logo under Account Overview, this way it will populate into every project. Ideal image is a high-resolution transparent logo file that is 750 pixels.
  5. Before you take your project live, send yourself a test envelope. This will allow you to check the recipient experience and see that it is exactly as you want it to be.
  6. When you are ready to send real time incentives, remember to take your project out of test mode. This can be done in the project settings tab.
