First Email Message – Refers to what the recipient will see when receiving their incentive by email. Once the Recipient sees their email, they will click the “Open eGift Card” button
taking them to the Landing Page.
Landing Page – The Landing Page is an important page. The Landing Page is seen by email and SMS delivery. After clicking on the message in their email or SMS, this is the web page the recipient will be brought to where they can open and claim their incentive.
SMS – When the recipient receives their envelope via SMS, they will receive a notification stating who sent a message delivered by TruCentive. They will click the blue link taking them to the “Landing Page” showing the template you created.
